Where can I try out SIDIZ chairs?

Unfortunately, we don’t have a retail space that would allow you to come in and try out the goods.
However, we have an expert customer service team.
They can get extremely specific and answer any questions.

Where are SIDIZ items manufactured?

All SIDIZ products are made in South Korea and Vietnam.

SIDIZ is a vertically-integrated company which means that we own every part of the design, manufacturing, and distribution process.

Warranty

Is there a warranty on the items you sell?

3-year Warranty for quality-related issues

For 3 years after the date of purchase, SIDIZ takes we take care of all quality-related issues with a REPLACEMENT.

*Reminder: Be sure to use your product as directed.
**Limitations
- Upholstery and foam will be warranted for 1 year.
- Our returns and exchange service is limited to all purchases made from SIDIZ. If you purchase through a different retailer or a retailer in other countries other than the US, please contact them directly. (Unauthorized reselling of SIDIZ products is strongly prohibited.)
- Warranty-related shipping costs can only be covered in the US.
- When returning an item, please ship it back within 14 days after you receive approval. Further delay may void your return.

What if I encounter an issue with my item while it is under warranty?

Order

How can I cancel my order?

Please request cancellation or contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order. You can only cancel items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet and please note that some orders cannot be canceled if they are physically picked and packed at our warehosue ready to be shipped.

Shipped orders cannot be canceled, and you may follow the return process.

Can I change my order or update the shipping information?

You can only change or update the order that hasn't entered the shipping process.Shipped orders cannot be changed, and you may follow the return process.

Shipping

Where is my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information from us. You can also check the delivery status in your account page.

Where do you deliver in the US?

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

What is your delivery timeline?

We will ship out your order within 2 business days from the date we receive your order.
Depending on your location, you can expect your order to delivering in 2-8 business days to reach your doorstep after it is shipped.
However, due to COVID-19, unexpected delivery issues, and national holiday congestion, delivery can be delayed depending on the situation.

 

Do you provide expedited shipping options?

While we’re working on setting up quicker options in the future, we don’t offer expedited shipping options or date-specific delivery at this moment.

RETURN / REFUND

Return

How do I return/exchange items?

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at customer@sidiz.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

Only items that are unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all tags attached are eligible.

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you by email within 10 business days regarding your refund or exchange eligibility.

What is the return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Only items that are unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all tags attached are eligible for return.

Products that have been opened, assembled, or used are not eligible under any circumstances.

Please retain the original packaging for 30 days, as returns without it will not be accepted.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for all round-trip shipping costs, and additional fees may apply if the product or packaging is damaged.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.

Minute scratches or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product function may not be considered defects. Please contact SIDIZ Customer Service for proper support in such cases.

Is return shipping free?

No, return shipping is not free.

For returns due to change of mind or customer preference, customers are responsible for all round-trip shipping costs.

Shipping fees may vary depending on the product and delivery location.

If the return is due to a product defect, damage, or an incorrect item received, SIDIZ will cover the shipping costs for the exchange or return.

Refund

How long do refunds take?

After we receive and approve the returned product, it may take up to 14 days to process the full refund depending on payment methods. If you are seeing delays, please contact your credit card company.

Where can I get the assembly and user guide?

Do your items require assembly?

All SIDIZ products require assembly. The step-by-step instructions will be included for you to follow, and we also offer assembly videos and user guides on our User Guide Page.

Can I purchase replacement parts separately?

Unfortunately, we don’t sell replacement parts separately. However, please contact us of warranty service in case if you have any quality-related issues.

T50

What is the difference between T50 and T40?

T50 and T40 are both office chairs with ergonomic adjustment functions.

What is the difference between T50 and T80?

The main difference between T50 and T50 Air is the seat material.
T50 has a fabric seat cushion with a sponge, whereas T50 Air is a full mesh chair.
The seat pan of T50 Air is made of mesh instead of a sponge.
Lastly, T50 Air doesn't have lumbar support different from T50.

Is the headrest removable?

Yes, you can remove the headrest easily.

For more details, please refer to the assembly guide in User Guide Page.

How do I assemble the backrest and the seat pan?

The backrest and the seat pan need to be lined up perfectly, and the backrest should be inserted into the end of the groove.
If you failed to insert the screws into one of the sockets, it is most likely that the backrest and the seat pan didn't line up properly.
Please check out the instructions below and try assembling once more.

1. Please disassemble all of the chair parts.
2. Find a flat surface and assemble both armrests on the chair first. You will have the seat + armrests assembled.
3. Place the seat mounted, and insert the backrest inside the seat pan.
* TIP : The armrests will help the chair stay tilted at the right angle.
4. Insert screws from following the numbered spots in the picture.
* TIP : Going diagonal helps easy assembly.
5. Before screwing the bolts, please make sure to press the joints very hard.
* TIP : In case it doesn't work, it is helpful to put up the seat side with a hand and push down the backrest while inserting the bolts.

 


Even if I lock the tilt in the most upright position, it doesn't stop at 90 degrees. Is it defective?

T50's backrest is designed ergonomically, slightly tilted, following the shape of the user's back.

I want to fix the backrest at a certain angle. Do you have any suggestions?

T50's backrest is designed to naturally follow every moment of the user. Thus, the backrest cannot be locked at particular angles.

How can I fix the seat slope at a certain angle?

T50's foward tilting allows you set the seat pan in two positions. If you adjust the seat slope other than these two positions, it won't stay at the angle.

There is a line back of the seat. Is it defective?

The injection gate for molding may form a line in the seat. Please note that these lines do not affect your experience on SIDIZ chairs.

T80

What is the difference between T50 and T80?

The tilting mechanisms are different.
The T80 chair’s patented mechanism (US8528973) is co-designed with ITO design studio Germany and engineered by SIDIZ, which makes it possible for the chair to support your back more closely when you tilt the chair.
Also, T80 is a bit bigger than T50.

How can I stop the chair from swiveling? Is there any fixed type?

Unfortunately, we are selling the swivel type only on Amazon.

Please kindly understand that there is no way to make the swivel type fixed and the fixed type to swivel.
Can I disengage the seat movement brake so the chair can move while the kids are seated?

If you are using the sit-brake casters, when a weight of more than 55 lbs is applied on the seat, the caster will stop moving for your child's safety. When not seated, it can be easily moved.

What is the difference between T50 and T40?

T25

What is a WAT Technology?

Weight Activated Tilt (WAT) Mechanism is a function that detects the user’s weight and adjusts the tilt tension when the user leans back.

A light-weight user, for instance, will have a weaker tilting tension, whereas a heavier user will have a stronger tilting tension.

T25 with WAT will automatically adjust to the user’s physique, allowing the user to sit for extended periods of time without straining the waist.
