Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — completely unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Products that have been opened, assembled, or used in any way are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note:

For returns due to change of mind or customer preference, round-trip shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the product and delivery location. -
If the returned product or packaging is damaged, additional costs beyond return shipping may apply.

[Damages and Issues]
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for exchange or replacement.
[Exceptions / Non-returnable Items]
The following items and situations are not eligible for return:

Products that have been opened, assembled, or used

Returns requested due to change of mind after assembly or use

Refurbished products or “Final Sale” items

Orders that included a free gift must return the gift together with the product.
If the free gift is not returned, the return request will not be accepted.
[Exchanges]
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and we receive the item, we will ship the new one.

In cases of product defect or damage, exchange shipping costs will be covered by SIDIZ.

For exchanges due to ordering errors or change of mind, round-trip shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
[Refunds]
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
